Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk177" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at pk177.bio and all associated mobile applications, subdomains, and related services operated under the pk 177 brand.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the pk177 website, mobile interface, gaming software, sportsbook, live casino, and all associated features and services.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account with pk177 or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pk177 Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the native currency in which all pk177 balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a pk177 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including submission of a valid CNIC and any additional identity or address documents requested by pk177.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible pk177 games before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money PKR balance.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on pk177, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk177 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and must not register or maintain a pk177 Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a valid pk177 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk177 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal persons may not register pk177 Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid contact number, and a valid email address.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pk177 or by any recognised responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended pk177 Account. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate Account detection will result in the suspension of all related Accounts.

pk177 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting additional documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your Account pending verification.

Upon successful registration, pk177 will send a verification communication to the email address provided. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details remain current and accurate throughout the lifetime of your pk177 Account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk177 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. pk177 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication via SMS on your Account to enhance security.

You must not share your pk177 Account credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your Account, or transfer your Account to any other individual. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your pk177 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk177 customer support immediately. pk177 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your Account, but accepts no liability for losses sustained prior to notification of unauthorised access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk177 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. pk177 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pk177 Account balance in PKR upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pk177 does not charge fees on deposits made via supported Pakistani payment channels, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which pk177 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification, including submission of a valid CNIC, before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your pk177 Account, unless otherwise approved by the pk177 finance team following verification.
• pk177 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source of funds declarations.
• pk177 targets same-day processing of eligible withdrawal requests but does not guarantee specific processing timescales, which are subject to payment provider and banking system availability.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of submitting a withdrawal request within your pk177 Account dashboard.

pk177 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, pk177 will notify the Player of the hold and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Bonuses & Promotions

pk177 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotional page, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Section 6.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all pk177 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and carry no cash value until applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus Funds not utilised within the specified period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
• pk177 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements and at what percentage rate. Typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than table games and live dealer products, but specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per shared IP address or device.
• If a Player makes a withdrawal request while Bonus Funds remain in their Account, the Bonus Funds and all associated pending winnings derived from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited at the time of the withdrawal request.
• pk177 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to the requirement to honour any Bonus Funds already credited to Player Accounts.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

pk177 operates a diverse portfolio of gaming products including RNG-based slots, live dealer casino games, and sports betting markets covering cricket, PSL, and other international sports. Each product category and individual game title is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface or betting market.

All RNG-based games on the pk177 Platform utilise certified random number generators that have been independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity. Live dealer products are supplied by licensed studio partners and operated in accordance with international gaming standards. pk177 does not manipulate game outcomes, and all certified return-to-player percentages are published where required by the Platform's licensing obligations.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, pk177 will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome using available system logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected wager may be voided and the staked PKR amount returned to the Player's Account balance. The decision of pk177 in respect of disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk177 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of PKR balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, payment systems, or bonus mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with pk177 betting markets.
• Using the pk177 Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Colluding with other Players in live poker, live dealer games, or any other game format where collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at pk177 staff or other Players.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level controls.

Responsible Gaming

pk177 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. pk177 recognises that a minority of players may develop problematic gaming behaviours and provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk177 Players via the Account dashboard following pk177 login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR to restrict the amount they can transfer into their pk177 Account within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount of PKR they are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• "Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session duration alerts to remind them how long they have been actively gaming on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary restriction on their Account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks, during which they will be unable to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gaming for an extended period may request self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pk177 Platform, including but not limited to the pk177 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of pk177 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk177 content without express written permission from pk177.

Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by pk177 is governed by the pk177 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

pk177 collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, contact information, and financial transaction records for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised gaming services. pk177 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk177 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of PKR funds resulting from unauthorised Account access, or interruption of gaming services.

The pk177 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk177 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or any game or betting market offered thereon.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension & Termination

pk177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A Player's own request for Account closure or self-exclusion.
• pk177's determination, in its sole discretion, that continued provision of services to the Player poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the Platform.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, pk177 will notify the Player of the suspension and the general reason for it. Real-money PKR balances held in suspended Accounts will be preserved pending the outcome of the investigation, except where forfeiture is warranted under the terms of this Agreement.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pk177 Account may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days, provided there are no pending withdrawals, open bets, or ongoing investigations associated with the Account.

Amendments to These Terms

pk177 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk177 will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email notification to the address registered on their Account, a prominent notice on the Platform, or both.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. Your continued use of the pk177 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13. Requests for Account closure submitted within fourteen days of a material amendment will be processed on a priority basis.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance arising from your use of the pk177 Platform, you should first contact the pk177 customer support team, who are available 24 hours a day via live chat. pk177 aims to resolve all Player complaints within five business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the customer support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to the pk177 compliance team. Written escalations will be acknowledged within three business days and a substantive response provided within twenty-one business days.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to pk177's international gaming licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described above.
